Deposits are non-refundable.
Completed work is non-refundable.

Submit required materials in a timely manner
Communicate respectfully and professionally

Delays in communication or materials may impact deadlines.

5. Intellectual Property

All original work created by Danielle Banks remains the property of Danielle Banks until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final product for personal or business use.
Danielle Banks retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Projects may include a limited number of revisions as agreed upon before the project begins.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in extra fees.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to workload, client response time, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with written notice.
Deposits remain non-refundable.
If Danielle Banks must cancel, a refund may be issued for any uncompleted work.
